Value Homes delivered its first manufactured home on January 2nd of 2000. However, our management history dates back to 1979. In the spring of 1979, Valley View Homes began doing business in Pineville, MO. For over twenty years the future management team of Value Homes supplied quality mobile homes to the 4-state area of southwest Missouri. In January of 2000 the owner of Valley View Homes retired and turned the new company, Value Homes, over to the previous managers.
Owner, David E. Cunningham, operates the Anderson, MO location. A graduate of Texas A&M, David brought his wholesale experience from American Family Homes to the company with over 27 years in the manufactured housing industry.
Owner, Robert E. (Bob) Jordan, operates the Neosho, MO location. Bob is the son of the founder of Valley View Homes, and as such, gained most of his experience the hard, old fashioned way. Starting at the bottom, he worked his way up in the business and brings 19 years of experience to the company.
Owner, Craig R. Jordan, has been in the sales lot management business since June of 1980. After managing sales centers for Valley View Homes in Oklahoma and Arkansas, Craig now owns and manages the West Plains, MO location of Value Homes.
Owner, Larry D. Jordan, also worked his way up through the ranks, having originally assisted in the delivery of homes from the manufacturer to the various sales centers. Larry advanced into sales in January of 1985 and was very instrumental in the success of Valley View Homes. He presently owns and manages the Carthage, MO location of Value Homes.
With approximately 95 years of combined experience in the manufactured home industry, it's easy to understand how Value Homes leads the state of Missouri year after year in sales and customer satisfaction. A simple visit to any of the four locations will prove they are indeed leaders in the industry.
